IBH Addiction Recovery Center has been in operation since 1970, and has helped over 15,000 people struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction. The heart of the program at IBH is an abstinence-based residential treatment program. Length of stay varies from 60 – 90 days and provides an opportunity to be removed from the people, places, and situations that served as triggers to the drug and alcohol addiction. Clients are able to concentrate fully on their recovery plans with the support of a caring staff that is available 24-hours a day.
After residential treatment, graduates are IBH are invited to participate in an after-care program that provides ongoing social, community, and spiritual support. A wide variety of group activities and volunteer community projects are offered. Participants gain positive feelings of giving back while working as a team and developing safe friendships.
IBH also recognizes that addiction affects the whole family. Education classes are offered to family members who wish to explore the process of addiction and recovery in an effort to better understand their loved ones. Family support and education is provided for free, and is available on the weekends prior to family visitation.
