IBH Addiction Recovery Center recently received approval as a Charity Seal Program of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). IBH met all 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability based on a review of information and materials provided by the organization and reviewed by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance.
Participation in the seal program is completely voluntary, and the Wise Giving Alliance’s process for reviewing and publishing its charity evaluations is the same for seal participants and non-participants alike.
Charity reports summarize, among other things, the programs, finances, governance and fund raising practices of the charity. In addition, if the charity does not meet standards, a detailed explanation is provided along with comments, if applicable, from the charity itself.
There is no charge to charities for an evaluation by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance, and the resulting report is freely accessible to the public on the give.org website. To view IBH, visit www.bbb.org and type in “Interval Brotherhood Home” under the Charities search tab.
