This past October was the 50th Anniversary of IBH Addiction Recovery. Over those 50 years, IBH Addiction Recovery has saved countless lives. We could not have done it without the generosity of our donors.
IBH Addiction Recovery continues to diversify our services to meet the needs of men and women that struggle with drug or alcohol addiction. We have expanded our Continuum of Care to include a Day Treatment and Outpatient Programs with a telehealth option. To accommodate the new services and improve our accessibility to the community, IBH Addiction Recovery purchased a building in Firestone Park, located at 1601 South Main Street (previously the Boy Scouts of America building) prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The building will house the Outpatient Programs and be the new home of the expanded REACH Project. By adopting a more versatile approach to addiction treatment, IBH Addiction Recovery can meet the ever-changing challenges of addiction to save more lives.
We would be remiss if we didn’t tell you that this has been a challenging year for IBH Addiction Recovery due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All public health authority indicators predict a surge in demand for substance abuse services once the pandemic subsides.
