Dean Sloane, CPA

Chief Financial Officer Dean Sloane is responsible for all financial aspects of IBH Addiction Recovery, including accounting, banking and vendor relations, contract administration, and budgeting. He also oversees the organization’s financial, food service and property management departments.

Dean’s extensive background includes more than 20 years of combined experience in public accounting, as well as senior leadership positions in healthcare, mental health, and developmental disability arenas. He has served in the mental health/addiction recovery field specifically for five-plus years.
