La Tonya “L.T.” Myers has a passion for people. In her role as human resource & communications director, she oversees all aspects of IBH Addiction Recovery’s people strategy, while establishing and developing the HR infrastructure.
With more 25 years of experience in HR and business management, L.T.’s depth of expertise in both strategic and operational HR practices spans a broad range of industries and private and public sectors, including small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. She is a graduate of Kent State University where she earned both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In addition to enjoying time with her two sons, L.T. is an advocate for causes such as animal welfare, addiction and recovery, fair housing, women’s and youth leadership, and small business development. She currently serves on the boards of the Greater Akron Chamber and Fair Housing Contact Service.
