A thorough assessment by one of our counselors is the first step in drug and alcohol addiction treatment at IBH Addiction Recovery. It includes a complete physical and psychological evaluation that helps our treatment professionals gain an accurate understanding of your mental and physical health. Ultimately, the assessment provides vital information to design an individualized treatment plan that may include residential treatment, day treatment, or outpatient treatment.
Walk-in assessments are currently available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Thursdays 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Firestone Park Outpatient and Aftercare Facility at 1601 S. Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44301. Assessments are first come, first served.
