IBH Addiction Recovery accepts Ohio Medicaid and all Ohio Medicaid managed care plans - Anthem, AmeriHealth Caritas, Buckeye Health, Humana Healthy Horizons, CareSource, Aetna Ohio Rise, Molina, and United Health Care. IBH Addiction Recovery also accepts commercial plans including Ambetter, Medical Mutual, United Health Care, CareSource Marketplace, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.*
If you do not have insurance, we may be able to assist in obtaining available medical and food benefits. If your insurance is not listed, please contact us as we are continually adding new coverage plans.
IBH Addiction Recovery offers financial assistance to Summit County residents. We can help you access our services using an income-based sliding fee scale. However, if you are ineligible for financial assistance, IBH Addiction Recovery offers an affordable private-pay rate.

Walk-in assessments are currently available at the Firestone Park Outpatient and Aftercare Facility at 1601 S. Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44301 on the following days and times:
- Mondays: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Thursdays: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Assessments are first come, first served.
*Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield covers facility services including intensive outpatient and day treatment. Assessments and counseling are out of network.
