Interview Process
IBH Addiction Recovery recruiting includes a pre-screening interview with our Human Resources Department and a panel interview with a team of three to five IBH Addiction Recovery staff. Interviews include both job-specific and behavioral interview questions.

All employment offers are made contingent upon the successful completion of our pre-employment screening process, which includes reference checks, a criminal history background check, and a urine drug screen.
