IBH Addiction Recovery is saddened to learn of the passing of former board member and friend Anthony "Tony" DiDonato. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family.
Tony served on the IBH Addiction Recovery board of directors in a myriad of governance roles and raised critical funds while leading and influencing the organization's mission, vision, and values.
"He started and ran the golf outing and reverse raffle for decades," says current foundation board member Bill Skidmore. "He was a fundraising legend and taught me, and many others, how to 'get it done' and always led by example."
Besides giving his time and talents to furthering the mission of IBH Addiction Recovery, Tony and his wife Jane were lifetime financial supporters. "He was dedicated and did whatever needed to be done. Tony was an inspiration to many. People would see him and his passion and would want to join," says current foundation board member Tim Killian. "He was pretty special."
Tony will be missed by the IBH Addiction Recovery community.
