Quality Improvement and Compliance Director

Gayle Stickley’s role as director of quality planning & management includes the facilitation of strategic planning and operational activity, as well as oversight of data management functions and client records. She also serves as the IBH Addiction Recovery client rights and HIPAA privacy officer.

With 25 years of experience in quality oversight, development and strategic planning, Gayle has spent the past 16 years focused on behavioral health/addiction treatment. Her background includes successfully obtaining and maintaining diverse organizational accreditations and managing department transitions.  

Gayle is passionate about community and organization initiatives that empower high-risk populations to increase self-sufficiency and self-determination. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Corporation for Supportive Housing, Zero Suicide, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the American Association for Suicidology, and the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio to assist underserved populations and the professionals who provide their care. 

Gayle is currently earning certification as a trainer in evidence-based organizations.
