As Clinical Site Director at IBH’s Firestone Park Outpatient & Aftercare Facility, Kelli provides clinical leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered services. She holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Akron, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and systems-level leadership to her work.
Drawing from both professional training and lived experience in recovery, Kelli leads with empathy, accountability, and a deep understanding of the recovery process. Since joining IBH Addiction Recovery in 2024, she has been committed to creating trauma-informed, recovery-oriented treatment environments that support client healing, staff development, and continuous quality improvement. She values collaboration and transparency and works to empower both clients and clinicians to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
In her spare time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her son and engaging in service work within the community.
